Q. What are the shipping charges on Paresh & Company products?
     The shipping charges are based on the approximate weight of the ordered book and destination of the customer.
 
Q. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
     We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of  
     certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location
     within India, post ordering this should take overall 4 - 6 days to get delivered.
 
Q. What will be the mode of delivery?
     Paresh & Company has partnered with India Post, and Maruti Air Courier & planning to partner with Overnite Express, First Flight, DTDC & Red Express
     for shipment of products in India and FedEx & Speed Post Service for international shipments. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ            other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
 
Q. Can you ship internationally?
     Yes, Paresh & Company can ship internationally to all major countries. Appropriate shipping cost will be charged for the same.
 
Payments
Q. What are the payment options available at Paresh & Company?
     The payment options we support are: 
Bank Transfer 
Demand Draft
Credit Card / Debit Card
Net Transfer 
     We are providing option of PayuMoney payment gateways which process all credit card transactions over secure encrypted
     connection.
 
Q. Where to send Demand Draft and whom it should be addressed to?
     It is outdated option but still you can contact us if you want to choose Deamand Draft as Payment Option.
 
Q. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?
     No, Paresh & Company do not offer Cash on Delivery option of payment at present.
 
Q. What happens if my computer shuts down or internet connection stops working right when the payment is getting processed?
     There could be 2 scenarios -
 
1. The payment got authorized by the bank but the communication of the same was not received by PayUMoney. In this case the
     customer's account will get debited by the bank. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. We receive a confirmation
     from the bank later and then we initiate a refund for the payment to the customer's account.
 
2.  The payment didn't get authorized by the bank. In this case the customer's account will not be debited and we don't get any
      further updates from the banks. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped.
 
Q. What are the various payment statuses and what do they stand for?    
 
          Status of a Transaction

A transaction can have several different statuses as explained below.

  • Not Started – The transaction has not been started yet.
  • Initiated – The transaction has been started but not completed.
  • Money With PayUMoney– The transaction was successful and the transaction amount is with PayUMoney.
  • Under Dispute – A dispute for the transaction has been raised.
  • Refunded – The entire amount of the transaction has been refunded.
  • Partially Refunded – A part of the amount of the transaction has been refunded.
  • Refund In Progress – A refund request has been sent to the bank.
  • Bounced – Landed on payment page but did not go through the transaction
  • Failed – The transaction didn't complete due to a failure.
  • Settlement in Process – Settlement for the transaction is in process.
  • Completed – The transaction is settled and complete.
Q. Why additional difference amount is being asked to pay for my orderd book?
    If your ordered book for which if new edition book is available then for that new edition, difference amount you have to pay by net banking.
 
Return/Modify/Cancel
Q. How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
     In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on contact@paresh.co.in  with your order no. within 7 days of receiving
     the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you and reprocess your order if required.
Q. Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
     While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with
     any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can
     cancel it and refund your amount after deducting payment gateway charges or Rs.50/- whichever is higher.
Q. Can I modify my order after placing it?
     Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care
 
Ordering & Tracking
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
     You can check the status of your order by following steps: 
Log on to your account by signing in.
Click on 'my account' on top right of website header.
Click on 'my order history' under the Shopping section.
Search the order by date by specifying the duration since the order has been placed.
Search results with your order number and the details of the status will appear.
 
Q. How can I track my product shipment?
     Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order
     is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider details.
 
Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
     You will receive an email confirmation from Paresh & Company once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all
     the details related to your order. 
 
Q. What if we receive book what we have not ordered.?
     If you have received a book what you have not ordered or it does not comply with the specifications as per your original order,
     you are required to get in touch with us by dropping an email to contact@paresh.co.in. If possible send us the image of the order
     as an attachment with the email. Paresh & Company will arrange to replace your book without any burden on client.
