CA Foundation Business & Commercial Knowledge By C.B Gupta Applicable for June 2018 Exam

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has revised the syllabi of its popular and prestigious CA course with effect from July 2017. In the revised syllabi a new paper titled “Business and Commercial Knowledge” has been introduced in Foundation course. This book
is a modest attempt to supplement the Institute’s Study Material on this paper. Some of the features of the book are as follows :

  • Full coverage of the prescribed syllabus

  • Chapter outline to give a bird’s eye view of the topic covered in each chapter

  • Tables and Diagrams to illustrate the text

  • Examples from India’s Corporate sector

  • Simple and easy-to-understand language

I hope the book would prove useful to the concerned students. Suggestions for improvement are welcome.
